I am in charge of PR for Iyo Sapporo Station Kita 3-jo Branch, a chic izakaya directly shipped from the production area.

Our restaurant offers kushiyaki using a Hokkaido brand of pork called "Kenkou Pork".

In Mitsuishi, Shinhidaka-cho, Hokkaido, a town rich in nature,
Kenko-enzyme pigs are raised by drinking fermented enzyme solutions extracted from about 50 different plants every day,
The meat is elastic yet tender, and the fat is light and unctuous.
At our restaurant, we serve such kenkou pork grilled over charcoal to a fragrant and juicy taste on skewers.
Starting with standard cuts of meat such as shoulder loin, thigh, and belly,
You can also enjoy pork roll skewers and tsukune (skewers with vegetables wrapped in meat).

Please be sure to try the various skewers as they make a perfect accompaniment to your dinner!

Our restaurant is a two-story building,
The first floor is a calm adult space combining Japanese and modern styles, with all seats in semi-private rooms,
And on the second floor, all seats are at tables, creating a traditional Japanese-style pub.
If you want to spend a relaxing time without worrying about your surroundings, please go to the first floor...
If you want to spend a lively time with everyone, please use the 2nd floor.

We also have counter seats that can be easily used by one person, and tatami room seats where you can take off your shoes and relax.
